Primair Google en Facebook. Het systeem stuurt een directe link naar het reviewformulier van het platform dat jij kiest.

Hoe vraagt het systeem mijn klanten om een review?

Heel simpel: je stelt één keer een sjabloon op voor een reviewverzoek (per e-mail of SMS), met daarin een directe link naar bijvoorbeeld je Google reviewpagina of een andere plek naar keuze. Vervolgens kun je dit verzoek handmatig versturen na een afgeronde verkoop, óf je automatiseert het. In dat geval gaat er automatisch een reviewverzoek uit, bijvoorbeeld 2 dagen na levering van je product of dienst. Alles gebeurt in jouw huisstijl en naam, zodat het persoonlijk en oprecht overkomt.

Hoe weet het systeem wanneer ik om een review moet vragen?

Dat bepaal je zelf via de automatiseringen. Je kunt bijvoorbeeld instellen: ‘Stuur 2 dagen na afronding van het project een mailtje’. Of: ‘Stuur 1 uur na aankoop van het product een SMS’. Je stelt dit één keer in en hebt er daarna geen omkijken meer naar.

Kan ik reageren zonder in te loggen op Google?

How does the system ask my customers for a review?

Very simple: you set up a template for a review request (by e-mail or SMS), containing a direct link to, for example, your Google review page or another place of your choice. Then you can send this request manually after a completed sale, Ã³ or you automate it. In that case, a review request is sent automatically, for example 2 days after delivery of your product or service. Everything is done in your house style and name, so that it comes across as personal and sincere.

How does the system know when to ask for a review?

You determine that through the automations. For example, you can set: âSend an email 2 days after completion of the projectâ. Or send an SMS 1 hour after purchasing the product. You set this up once and then you don't have to worry about it anymore.

Can I respond without logging into Google?

Yes, that's the big advantage. You read the review in SolumFlow and type your response directly into the system. We send your response to Google or Facebook, so it becomes publicly visible there.
