GPT-6 Sol Is Now the Recommended Model in Conversation AI

GPT-6 Sol is now the recommended model for prompt-based Conversation AI agents. We optimized Conversation AI to get the best out of GPT-6 Sol, so your agents give more accurate answers than on GPT-4.1, at about the same cost per reply.

Key Capabilities
  • Recommended in the Model menu: GPT-6 Sol is listed first in the Model menu and tagged Recommended.
  • New agents start on GPT-6 Sol: Prompt-based agents you create now use GPT-6 Sol by default.
  • Your choice stays: Existing agents keep the model you selected.
  • More accurate at the same cost: GPT-6 Sol reaches a 98.4% pass rate on our Conversation AI evaluation, up from 96.3% on GPT-4.1, at about the same cost per reply.
  • Fast replies: 1.68s typical generation time, and 2.19s for the slowest 5% of replies.
Changes to Older Models
  • GPT-5 and GPT-5 Mini are deprecated: Agents that used them already run on GPT-6 Sol, with reply generation up to 4.5× faster. No action needed.
  • GPT-4.1 is being retired: OpenAI is deprecating GPT-4.1, and we will retire it in Conversation AI. Switch your GPT-4.1 agents to GPT-6 Sol.
How to Get Started
  1. Go to AI Agents → Conversation AI and open your agent.
  2. Open the Model menu on the Build tab.
  3. Select GPT 6 Sol (marked Recommended).
  4. Click Save, then try it in Test your agent.
Why It Matters
  • Better answers out of the box: Every new agent starts on the most accurate model we tested.
  • No extra cost: Higher accuracy than GPT-4.1 at about the same cost per reply.
  • Faster replies: Agents that were on GPT-5 and GPT-5 Mini now generate replies up to 4.5× faster.
  • An easy move off GPT-4.1: Switch before GPT-4.1 is retired.
Important Notes
  • Test after you switch: Each model writes in its own way, so test your agent in Test your agent before you save.
  • Prompt-based agents: The recommendation applies to prompt-based Conversation AI agents.
Update

Introducing Conditional Logic in Quizzes — Personalized Redirects Based on Quiz Scores!

Quizzes just got a whole lot smarter! 🎉

We're excited to introduce one of the most requested features in Quizzes — Conditional Logic!

With the introduction of Redirect to URL Conditional Logic, users can now create personalized Quiz experiences by redirecting respondents to different URLs based on their answers, overall scores, category scores, and more!

And that's not all! We've also introduced Quiz Score-Based Conditions, unlocking an entirely new level of personalization beyond what's currently available in Forms & Surveys. ✨

🆕 What's New?

🔀 1. Conditional Logic Is Finally Here in Quizzes!

Until now, users didn't have access to Conditional Logic within Quizzes, limiting their ability to create personalized experiences based on how respondents interacted with their Quizzes.

That's changing! 🚀

We're bringing the Redirect to URL conditional logic type to Quizzes, allowing users to dynamically redirect respondents to different destinations based on the conditions they configure.

Here's what's new:

  • 🔗 Conditional URL Redirects: Redirect respondents to specific URLs based on their Quiz responses.
  • 🎯 Personalized Quiz Journeys: Create different experiences for respondents depending on the conditions they meet.
  • 🔄 Existing Conditional Logic Capabilities: Leverage the same Redirect to URL conditional logic functionality already supported in Forms & Surveys.
  • 🚀 Go Beyond the Results Page: Redirect respondents to custom destinations instead of always sending them to the default Quiz Results page.

Whether it's directing respondents to a personalized landing page, a product recommendation, or a specific next step, users now have greater control over what happens after someone completes their Quiz!

🏆 2. Quiz Score-Based Conditional Logic — Take Personalization to the Next Level!

Here's where things get even more exciting! 🔥

Alongside the existing conditions supported by Redirect to URL in Forms & Surveys, we've introduced four new Quiz-specific score fields that can be used when configuring conditional logic.

These include:

  • 🏆 Highest Category: Redirect respondents based on the category in which they scored the highest.
  • 📉 Lowest Category: Create redirects based on the category in which they scored the lowest.
  • 🎯 Overall Score: Redirect respondents based on their total Quiz score.
  • 📊 Category Score: Configure conditions based on a respondent's score within a particular category.

What does this unlock?

Imagine you're building a Quiz to assess a respondent's knowledge, preferences, or performance.

  • 🎓Knowledge Assessments: Redirect high-scoring respondents to an advanced learning page while directing lower-scoring respondents to additional learning resources.
  • 🛍️ Product Recommendations: Send respondents to different product pages based on their highest-scoring category.
  • 📈 Performance Assessments: Redirect respondents to personalized next steps based on their Overall Score.
  • 🎯 Category-Specific Journeys: Create targeted experiences based on how respondents performed in a particular category.

Instead of every respondent landing on the same Quiz Results page, users can now create dynamic, score-driven experiences tailored to individual Quiz outcomes!

🔗 3. Custom Redirects Instead of the Default Quiz Results Page!

Previously, respondents would land on the Quiz Results page after completing their Quiz. With Conditional Logic, users now have the flexibility to redirect respondents to custom URLs based on their Quiz results. This opens up new possibilities for using Quizzes as part of larger customer journeys.

For example:

  • 💡 Redirect respondents to personalized recommendation pages.
  • 🛒 Direct respondents to relevant product or service pages.
  • 📚 Send respondents to learning resources based on their scores.
  • 🚀 Guide respondents into different Funnels or Website pages based on their Quiz outcomes.

The result? Quizzes can now do more than just display results — they can drive personalized actions!

⚙️ How It Works

  1. Open Your Quiz Builder: Navigate to the Quiz you want to configure.
  2. Access Conditional Logic: Open the Conditional Logic section within the builder.
  1. Select Redirect to URL: Choose the newly supported Redirect to URL conditional logic type.
  1. Configure Your Conditions: Set conditions based on Quiz responses or any of the four Quiz Score fields — Highest Category, Lowest Category, Overall Score, or Category Score.
  1. Set Your Destination URL: Specify the URL respondents should be redirected to when the configured conditions are met.
  2. Create Personalized Journeys: Configure different redirect rules to guide respondents to relevant destinations based on their Quiz outcomes.

✨ Key Highlights

  • 🔀 Conditional Logic in Quizzes: One of the most requested capabilities is now available!
  • 🔗 Redirect to URL Support: Dynamically redirect respondents based on configured conditions.
  • 🏆 Highest & Lowest Category Conditions: Personalize redirects based on a respondent's strongest or weakest category.
  • 📊 Overall & Category Score Conditions: Build score-based redirect experiences using total or category-specific Quiz scores.
  • 🎯 Personalized Quiz Outcomes: Send respondents to custom URLs instead of the default Quiz Results page.
  • 🔄 Existing Logic Support: Includes the existing Redirect to URL conditional logic capabilities from Forms & Surveys.
  • 🚀 More Powerful Quiz Experiences: Use Quiz results to guide respondents toward relevant content, products, and next steps.

📝 Notes

Availability: Conditional Logic is now supported in Quizzes.

Supported Logic Type: Redirect to URL is the first conditional logic type available in Quizzes.

Quiz-Specific Conditions: Highest Category, Lowest Category, Overall Score, and Category Score are supported as conditional logic fields.

Existing Conditions: The Redirect to URL logic type also supports the existing conditional logic capabilities available in Forms & Surveys.

Custom Redirects: Respondents can be redirected to custom URLs based on configured conditions instead of landing on the default Quiz Results page.

🔜 Upcoming Enhancements

We're not stopping here! We're planning to bring the remaining three conditional logic types to Quizzes:

  • 💬 Display a Custom Message: Show personalized messages based on configured conditions.
  • 🚫 Disqualify a Lead: Disqualify respondents based on their Quiz answers or configured conditions.
  • 👁️ Show/Hide Fields: Dynamically control field visibility based on respondent choices.

These additions will further expand the possibilities for building intelligent, personalized Quiz experiences!

🎯 Why This Matters

Quizzes are a powerful way to engage audiences, understand their preferences, assess knowledge, and recommend relevant next steps. But until now, users were limited in how they could act on the information collected through their Quizzes. With Conditional Logic and Quiz Score-Based Redirects, we're changing that.

Users can now turn Quiz responses and scores into personalized customer journeys, guiding respondents toward the most relevant destination based on their individual results.

And with additional conditional logic types on the roadmap, this is just the beginning of making Quizzes more dynamic, flexible, and powerful!

Smarter Quizzes. Personalized Redirects. Better Customer Journeys! 🚀

Update

🚀 Ask AI Mobile - Contacts AI: Know where you stand with a contact in one tap

Ask AI now opens from any contact's detail screen with a summary of that relationship already on screen. Get ready for your next meeting, get a recap, or dictate a note without leaving the contact.

🤔 The Challenge

You usually open a contact in the middle of a call or chat. To find out where things stand, you dig through conversations, appointments, opportunities and tasks, one tab at a time. Notes often don't get logged because typing them on a phone is slow. And Ask AI couldn't help, because it didn't know which contact you were looking at.

✨ Our Solution

Tap the new Ask AI icon at the top of any contact. You get a summary card of that contact. The card is built from your real data, not written by AI:

  • Last message: the channel and how long ago it was sent
  • Next appointment: with its status, including your own custom statuses, plus "+N more" when others are coming up
  • Biggest open deal: its pipeline and stage, and how many days since it last moved
  • Open tasks: with a badge for overdue ones

Tap any row to open that record in its usual screen. Below the card are three buttons: Prep me for next appointment, Summarize this contact and Dictate to add a note. When you dictate, Ask AI turns your words into a proposed note, and a task if needed. Nothing is saved until you approve it.

🏆 How This Supercharges Your Business

  • Save time: see messages, appointments, deals and tasks in one view instead of five tabs.
  • Walk in prepared: get a short briefing before your next appointment.
  • Never lose a note: speak it on the way out of a meeting and approve it in one tap.
  • Always current answers: Ask AI reads the contact's latest records each time, so it keeps up with changes made during the chat.
  • Stay in control: AI only runs when you ask, nothing is saved without your approval, and Ask AI gets only the contact's record ID.

🛠️ How to Get Started

  1. Navigate: Open any contact from Contacts, Conversations or search.
  2. Activate: Tap the Ask AI icon in the top bar to see the contact's summary card.
  3. Enjoy: Tap a button such as Prep me, Summarize or Dictate, or type your own question about the contact.

🔮 What's Next?

This release adds a way for any part of the app to open Ask AI about one of its own records. Contacts is the first to use it, and more screens will follow.

📦 Roll-out & Availability

  • Release Date: October 2026
  • Available Version: v4.27.0 and later
  • Status: Public
  • SolumFlow: ✅
  • LeadConnector: ✅
  • WL App: ✅

💡 Good to Know

  • Works on iOS and Android, for users who have Ask AI access. There is no separate permission for this feature.
  • The card only shows conversations, appointments, deals, deal values and tasks the user has permission to see.
  • If your account calls contacts something else, like "patient", the app uses that name.
  • "Prep me" appears when there is an appointment in the next 7 days. "Summarize" is offered for every contact.
  • Offline, the card shows what's already on your phone. If nothing has loaded, it shows "Couldn't load details". Pull down to try again once you're back online.
  • If a contact was deleted, or you no longer have access to it, Ask AI says so instead of showing a summary.
  • Each time you open Ask AI from a contact, a fresh chat starts. After your first message, tap + in the top bar to start over on the same contact.
  • Voice mode isn't available in a contact chat yet. Use "Dictate to add a note" instead.
  • Deal amounts in AI answers show as plain numbers, with no currency symbol.

Update

🚀 Ask AI Mobile - iOS Action button

Ask AI now has three iOS shortcuts: New Chat, Dictation and Voice Mode. Put one on your iPhone's Action button, or start it with Siri or Spotlight, and Ask AI opens ready to listen.

🤔 The Challenge

Your best ideas come when your hands are busy: walking to a meeting, driving between jobs, or right after a client call. Unlocking your phone, opening the app, finding Ask AI, starting a new chat and tapping the mic takes too many steps. By the time you get there, the thought is gone.

✨ Our Solution

Pick an Ask AI shortcut for your Action button. One press opens the app, even if it was closed, starts a fresh chat and, for Dictation and Voice Mode, turns on the mic. You can also say Start voice mode in <app name> to Siri, or find the shortcuts in Spotlight. If a voice or dictation session is already running, nothing is interrupted.

🏆 How This Supercharges Your Business

  • One press to ask: go from a locked phone to talking with Ask AI in seconds.
  • Hands-free updates: dictate notes or have a voice conversation while you're on the move.
  • A fresh start every time: each press opens a new chat, so old topics don't mix into new answers.
  • Works with Siri and Spotlight: use it even without an Action button.
  • Safe by design: consent and access checks still apply, and the mic never starts unexpectedly.

🛠️ How to Get Started

  1. Navigate: Open iPhone Settings → Action Button and swipe to Shortcut.
  2. Activate: Tap Choose a Shortcut, find SolumFlow (or your app's name) and pick New Chat, Dictation or Voice Mode.
  3. Enjoy: Press and hold the Action button, and Ask AI opens ready to go. No Action button? Say "Start a new chat in <app name>" to Siri.

📦 Roll-out & Availability

  • Release Date: October 2026
  • Available Version: v4.27.0 and later
  • Platform: iOS only (Action button needs iPhone 15 Pro or later; Siri and Spotlight work on iOS 16.6+)
  • Status: Public (for accounts with Ask AI enabled)
  • SolumFlow: ✅
  • LeadConnector: ✅
  • WL App: ✅
